Materials That Last 20 Years

100% Pure Copper
  • We use Mandev or Totaline Hard Copper (0.8mm - 1.0mm gauge). It withstands high pressure (R32 Gas) and resists corrosion inside cement.
Class-O Insulation
  • We wrap pipes in 13mm / 19mm Nitrile Rubber Foam. This prevents "Sweating" (water condensation) inside your wall, which causes damp patches.
Hard PVC Drain
  • We use rigid CPVC/UPVC pipes for drainage (not soft hose pipes) to ensure perfect slope and zero sagging/blockage.

Seal & Pump

After laying the pipes, we seal the ends and pump Nitrogen Gas at 400 PSI.

The Gauge

We install a pressure gauge on the pipe and leave it there.

The Wait

We leave it for 24 to 48 hours.

The Proof

If the needle doesn't drop by even 1 PSI, the system is 100% leak-proof. Only then do we give the "Green Signal" for plastering.

Bonus: If a carpenter accidentally hits the pipe later, the high-pressure gas will hiss loudly, alerting them immediately!

Underground / Concealed Copper Piping (New Homes)

When is the right time to install AC piping?
Before Plastering. Once the brickwork is done, call us. We cut the wall (jhari), lay the pipes, and pressure test them.
We strictly use Mandev or Totaline (1mm gauge) hard copper. Cheap light copper will crack inside the wall later.
We perform a Nitrogen Hold Test at 350 PSI and install a pressure gauge. We ask you to leave it for 3-4 days to ensure the needle doesn’t drop.
Yes, we lay hard PVC drain pipes and check the slope (gravity) to ensure water flows out smoothly.
Yes. We seal the pipe ends. You can install the machine whenever you want. The pipes will remain safe.
Yes, we mark the exact location for the AC cutout so the POP design matches perfectly.
We lay the 3-core or 4-core Interconnecting Cable along with the copper pipes.
Charges depend on pipe size (1/4, 1/2, 5/8). Rough estimate: ₹250 – ₹350 per running foot including insulation and wire.
That’s why we keep the pressure gauge on! If a nail hits, the gas hisses out immediately, alerting the carpenter.
We give a 10-Year Leakage Warranty on the copper pipe material (conditions apply on external damage).
