1. Services Provided
Urban AC Repairing provides HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) services, including but not limited to:
- AC Repair and Breakdown Maintenance
- AC Installation and Uninstallation
- Gas Refilling (Refrigerant Top-up)
- Wet Servicing and Jet Cleaning
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, unavailability of parts, or inappropriate behavior.
2. Service Booking and Execution
2.1. Appointments
Booking an appointment does not guarantee immediate service. While we strive to meet the scheduled time (60-minute target in select areas), delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or previous job complications. We will communicate any delays promptly.
2.2. Customer Responsibility
- You must provide safe access to the AC unit (e.g., providing a ladder if the outdoor unit is inaccessible).
- You must secure any pets or valuables in the service area prior to the technician’s arrival.
- You must declare any pre-existing issues with the appliance before work begins.
2.3. Right to Inspect
Our technicians have the right to inspect the unit before confirming the final repair cost. The initial quote provided over the phone is an estimate and may change based on the physical diagnosis.
3. Payments and Billing
- Payment Due: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We do not offer credit terms for residential customers.
- Accepted Modes: Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Bank Transfers.
- Visiting Charges: If a technician visits your premises and inspects the unit, a minimum Visiting Charge applies, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
- Tax: All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST will be charged as per applicable government rates.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Urban AC Repairing shall not be liable for:
- Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of cooling causing spoilage of goods, loss of business profits) arising from the failure of the AC unit.
- Pre-Existing Faults: Damages to the appliance that result from age, rust, corrosion, or previous improper repairs by third parties.
- Property Damage: Minor scratches or cosmetic damage to walls/paint that may inadvertently occur during heavy installation/uninstallation work, despite reasonable care.
Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.
5. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Urban AC Repairing and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any content without express written permission.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google Maps, Payment Gateways). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urban AC Repairing, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat.
