Why Is Your AC Blowing Cold Air in Winter?

A Hot & Cold AC isn’t a heater; it’s a Heat Pump. It uses a specialized part called the 4-Way Reversing Valve to reverse the flow of gas.

Switch Seasons Safely

Before switching from “Cool Mode” (October) to “Heat Mode” (December), you must clean the filters.

Why? Dust accumulated in summer will burn on the coil in winter, causing a burning smell.

Recommendation: Book a [Wet Service] in November to prepare your AC for the winter load.
