What exactly is covered in your "Comprehensive" AMC plan?
Our Comprehensive Plan covers 3 Wet Services per year, unlimited breakdown visits, and free replacement of minor spares (Capacitors, Relays, Wiring, Sensors). It excludes the Compressor, Coil, and Plastic body parts.
No, the compressor is covered under the manufacturer’s 5-10 year warranty. However, our AMC covers the labor charge to replace it (usually ₹1500+), so you don’t pay for the fitting.
You get 2 mandatory Wet Services (Pre-Summer and Post-Monsoon) and 1 Dry Service on demand
We strictly use high-pressure Jet Pumps and foam cleaning for all AMC clients. We do not do “brush-only” formalities.

Yes, gas charging is chargeable. However, AMC customers get a flat 20% discount on gas refilling rates

Yes, the AMC moves with you! We will just charge a shifting fee for uninstallation/installation, but the contract validity continues at the new address.
Yes, we provide 18% GST invoices for all AMC contracts, allowing you to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC)
AMC clients get Priority Status. We guarantee a technician visit within 4 working hours of your complaint.
Yes, but we require a one-time inspection. If the AC is in working condition, we will onboard it. If it needs repairs first, those are chargeable.

In our “Premium” AMC plan, PCB repair is covered. In the “Standard” plan, PCB repairs are chargeable at a 50% discount.
