Polycarbonate Bird Spikes
Problem
  • Pigeons nesting on top of the AC cause acidic droppings (rust) and terrible smell.
Solution
  • We stick UV-protected spikes on top. Birds cannot land, but they are not harmed.
Drain Pipe Cap
Problem
  • Rats climb up the drain pipe into the indoor unit.
Solution
  • We install a plastic mesh cap at the end of the drain pipe.

Clean Up

We remove existing nest/debris and sanitize the area.

If rats have already chewed insulation, we tape/repair it first.

Seal Gaps

We use Hard Putty or White Cement to seal the hole where pipes enter the wall, blocking the main rat highway.

They crawl up the drain pipe or enter through the gap where pipes go through the wall.
We install a Steel Wire Mesh (Jali) around the outdoor unit and seal the wall hole with hard cement/putty so they cannot chew through.
No. We use a specifically designed “Air-Flow Mesh” that stops rodents but allows 100% air circulation.
Yes, we solder the wires back and insulate them. If the damage is close to the connector, we may need to replace the harness.
